The majority of the crowd were female tonight and they'd flocked to the Square from around the world just to be near A list looker George Clooney and his co-star Rene Zellweger. George could have had dozens of marriage offers if he'd stood still long enough to collect. He didn't however, and thus remained single throughout his visit to the red carpet. He was most gracious with the fans, signing the entire barricade, books and boards before being equally gracious with the media who'd dressed up special too for this extra special occasion. It was no surprise their producers had sent along their female operatives, each eager to catch his eye. Rene looked lovely but chill in a shoulderless and backless number. She didn't make it up the entire fanline for signing and posing due to some serious shivering in the chill night air but it didn't matter, it was St. Georges Day after all.
