the Monsta Island Czars (MIC) originally used this beat -"Fenugreek" on Special Herbs vol. 1, for those who don't know - on their debut album Escape From Monsta Island! Fast forward to 2006 and we find this same amazing beat used on Ghostface's 5th album Fishscale on the song "9 Milli Bros". In all honesty I prefer the Wu Tang rendition, but for those who wanted to listen to the original, I decided to upload it.
