Paparazzi were told in advance that Troyer was going to be able to answer questions. Unfortunately, the moment he comes out, a Paparazzo begins verbally harassing Troyer about how he had left his ex-wife "Geneve" with no money, and as a result of that, she had become addicted to drugs, checked herself into a mental asylum and tried to commit suicide. Troyer responds that he tried to help her but also insists he doesn't know what he's talking about and that the paparazzo is only trying to make up "news".
