My Personal Opinion: well everyone here is going "oh but he sold 12 million copies". So what? The award is for "BEST NEW ARTIST", not "Best Selling Artist". And, by the way, selling 12 million cd's talking about bitches and how much money he has doesn't make him any better than a band with deeper words to share with the world.
