Sada Moner Manush:
Unilever Bangladesh Ltd. took the initiative to honor ten Bangladeshis living in remote areas and working selflessly and silently without any recognition whatsoever. Unilever also dubbed those unsung heroes with an adjective "Shada Moner Manush" (People with Beautiful Mind) previously unknown perfectly appropriate to justify their deeds in a ceremony at the Winter Garden of Dhaka Sheraton Hotel on 2nd February 2007.
On behalf of Unilever Bangladesh Ltd., renowned personalities of the country including Abudllah Abu Sayeed, Geeti Ara Safia Chowdhury, Manzurul Islam, Selina Hossain, Nur Jajan Begum, Rpkeya Sakhawat Hossaion, Wahiduddin Mahmud, Mostafa Monawar honored them with certificates, crests and checks of Tk 1 lakh each.
The winners were Abdul Malek Hawladar, Binapani Sarkar, Sufia Ahmed, Abdul Majid, Honufa Begum, Ziaul Haque, Harun-ur-Rashid, Kanu Datta, Mokhlesur Rahman and Shamsuddin Sarkar.
