Paul McCartney & Ringo Starr to Play Liverpool '08

Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr announce that Liverpool, England has been designated the Capital of Culture for 2008. McCartney and Starr will perform on June 1 as part of the city's celebrations. (Sept. 27)
