Twilight New Moon Casting: Dakota Fanning and America Ferrera It's time for Harry Potter to step aside because a new film franchise has taken the top spot. After the incredible success of the first Twilight Film, it seem as though Hollywood is all-abuzz with talks surrounding it's sequel "Twilight New Moon." What we do know about New Moon is that it will follow Bella and her on-going relationship with Edward and the complications that they undergoe. The troubles they faced in the first film were just the tip of the iceberg. Most recently we are learning that superstar Dakota Fanning is close to signing on to play a new character in the film. Fanning might be playing the character of Jane, the Italian Vulturi vampire, and this would mark the first villain role for the experienced actress. While out promoting her current film "Push," Fanning said that she really hopes the deal works out and it's something she looks forward to doing. Fanning isn't the only well-respected actress vying for a role in the film. Apparently Ugly Betty Star America Ferrera auditioned for the role of Emily Young, fiance to Sam Uley and second cousin to Leah Clearwater. Ferrera is quoted as saying she loved the books and would SO love to be in the movie. In other Twighlight news Taylor Lautner owes a big thank you to his loyal fans.
