Christopher Ruben Studdard, better known as Ruben Studdard, is an American pop, R&B, and gospel singer who rose to fame as winner of the Season 2 of the American Idol.

He Makes an appearence in the Finals of Season 7 of American Idol to sing Kenny Loggins' song "Celebrate Me Home" at the closing of the show.

This song was being played in the show this season whenever any contestant was voted out on the results night as the closing number supported with the vidoes of American Idol journey of the voted out contestant.
