OTEP's video for Crooked Spoons (the UNEDITED version) features well-known & rising young actress Brittany Snow from Thomas Mignone;s new film ON THE DOLL.

Otep Shamaya spoke to MTV about its meaning to her: "The video is an exposition of the American way in all of its beautiful contradictions: sex, violence, solidarity, betrayal, lust, power, religion. I was reading Nietzsche when I was writing the early lyrics for this song, and was captured by his ideas on the world being "the will to power" and how humanity has a natural appetite for destruction. I find this song to be seductive, erotic, dangerous, and provocative. It's one of my favorites."
