I was NOT expecting this

Umm...i downloaded and listened to it last night, and i had no "scrunchface" moments or, "woo, thats crazy" moments while listening to it. I can say the album is very creative, all of what hip hop should be, but not really my style. Just because i wasn't feelin it though, i still have to give the kid props for taking it to another level.

i'll get around to it. hands down the album of the year though goes to Big Boi, for me.

Ye Killed it! I don't know if I liked what he did with "Devil in a New Dress"..Ross wasn't need IMO.

i wasn't a huge fan, i think all of the leaks dulled the impact......however, Kanye's albums usually grow on me over time, so we'll see

it's the first album since The Blueprint that really deserved it

I think the only low-point of this album, making it not worthy of a perfect rating, is West's own lyrics. I must admit, it's the first time I've ever felt the need to rewind lyrics by Kanye on the first listen. It's his best work to date, but not great because of his primary flaw...His own lyrics. Just my opinion, I guess.
