Children of Men. I loved this movie. The camera work put a smile on my face. Blood on the camera and all that. Great. The only thing that bothered me in the movie is that the main character walked through a war zone like it was no big deal. Bullets were flying everywhere, everyone around him was dying and he just hops from one place to the other like it's nothing.

Because in a world like that hes just stopped caring if he lives or he dies.....I thought that was the whole point of the movie. So, no flaws in the movie for my money....Flawless Fluency you might say!

:D

Fair enough! :D

I wish more classic films could be re-cut and redone. I wish there was a Scarface Redux, or a Pulp Fiction Redux, it would provide a whole different image if done correctly. Apocalypse Now Redux is like a whole nother' movie. Classic

Insomnia (2002)

Sent from the city to investigate the murder of a teenage girl in a small Alaska town, a police detective (Pacino) accidentally shoots his own partner while trying to apprehend a suspect. Instead of admitting his guilt, the detective is given an unexpected alibi, but this "solution" only multiplies the emotional complexity and guilt over his partner's death.

I like when Pacino plays a cop or detective. Didn't like the ending, but it served its purpose.

It's quite fantastic. One of my favourite movies actually.

Yesterday I saw The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, which was quite good, but as d_realword mentioned in his review (see other thread) it could've been better.
