Announced retirement today after 17 seasons. He has accomplished everything there is to accomplish, so I can see why he wants to hang it up, but he's leaving a potentially great team behind. I guess they'll just have to make do. Funny how I thought he was some burned out old dude that needed to give it up a couple years back, only to have respect for him the next couple years for bein a burned out old dude that still can ball.

Aaron Rodgers is the happiest man in the world right now. But peace to Favre, for bowing out on the humble. He's a beloved quarterback, now he can spend more time with the kids and the wife. He deserves all the glory, Im sure hell be a commentator this coming season.
