Flawless - Loose has some quality songs on it, don't be ashamed. Did you prefer Albion or Shotter's, btw?

I actually came in here to say something about Loose haha I normally hardly ever listen to the more poppy stuff out there and didn't expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's a quality pop album. You don't have to expect any brilliant lyrics or anything, but it's nice to listen to something 'light' every now and then too.

I haven't decided which one I like best yet. I must say I hardly ever listen to Albion without skipping a song, and I have done that with Shotter's quite a few times already. On the other hand, there's a few songs on Albion I'd pick over most songs on Shotter's Nation.. you??

My thoughts exactly. For me, 8 Dead Boys is one of the best rock n roll songs of all time, and Killamangiro, Albion, Back from..., Pipedown, Loyalty Song are all fucking incredible. The only thing on Nation that matches them is Badies Boogie and UnBiloTitled... but theres a touch too much filler on Albion.

Pete has a solo record in the works, my undertsanding is that it will be an acoustic affair which im looking forward to.

This is the version with T.I on "Stomp" instead of The Game. I didn't know two different versions were released. Is this rare or??

I don't think it's neccessarily rare, probably just 2 different pressings of the album. If I remember correctly, the T.I. version actually came out first as an "unofficial" version, mixtapes and shit, and then The Game version was called the official when they eventually released it, maybe they pressed a 2nd wave replacing it so the record company could capitalize on the attention the mixtapes were getting. But I'm just assuming that, I'd say look on discogs.com or even amazon to see what each release is selling for.

Meanwhile..this week was mostly lost albums I'd been putting off re-buying..so..
