There are a lot of pieces that are falling to the bottom of the page without any responses. If you post up something, please try to comment on someone else's so you can get some response as well. Also I love cookies.

I know I haven't been leaving responses too much, but i do read pieces a lot. I also haven't been posting up any new work. Lets try to revive this forum. I will try to have some more poetry challenges if y'all would like. If not, hit me up with some ideas.

What the hell happend to this forum? I used to post up here back in the day, and there was a great rythym to it, and now it seems to have become a grave site for poems. I wish I had some ideas to get things going here again, but I think, & always thought, its up to the poets to take care of the place where they express themselves. At least thats how it was. Anyways, I dont think its the moderators responsibility to get shit going, but I do appreciate all the efforts of everyone trying to get this going again.
Peace,
-moonshine

It seems to me that somebody needs to inject this forum with a bit of vigour. I find it crazy how one poem can get 10 views and not 1 comment, even if the reader does not enjoy the poem, surely some critical appreciation could be noted. i have been a member of this site for years and feel it a shame how a cloud of apathy has overcast this forum.

I believe some new ideas should be implented. I have posted a few poems by other poets to try and raise some varied interpretations of these pieces, that people deduce are 'classics'. I hope people will start to not only post their own poems, but take just a minute longer to reply to some of their peers' achievements.

I know I'm definitely going to post more in here as well as critique and give praise when I have the chance to for sure. This forum has taken its lumps over the past couple years but there are still some talented heads in here for sure.

im gonna start posting my shit soon...

a suggestion i have is not only comment if you like the poem but ask questions, say why you did or didnt like the poem..

the one line responses are boring, IMO.

I gotta admit this place seemed more alive a while back...
but theres still talent on this place...

I think there jus needs to be a bit more 'community spirit'.
Understand wwhy we hear...
It aint all about your self peoples.

I wonna learn?
So I wonna hear shit coming back my way...

But the next man wants to learn so I gotta tell him what the hell I thought of his poem, his rhyme, his shit- its still gotta be done...

Ima do my part peoples.....

I havent been on here for a while but i've been a member of elements for a few years now too. Comin back on here, its great, yet the posts aren't so frequent. Back then it was consistent. I'm hopin to be of some motivation for some people out there, now that I have finally gotten time to write and review. I was hopin to see some old members I knew back then but doesnt seem like they're on here anymore. I really hope there's a way we can liven up this forum cuz, a lot of these guy's work have inspired me. let's read write and inspire.

I agree I haven't been on this forum in two years and I can't believe that most of the stuff has zero to 2 responses per poem and the poem has been read by 70 people that is so wack...This used to be a place where people built each other up and gave actual oppinions, critique each others work, poets are artists tell them what you like and don't like...hopefully we can bring this forum back to it's former glory...
