I understand why the police have the "696 Form" but to target hip hop clubs/nights/events (and im assuming grime clubs/nights/events) is a tad out of order. i know plently of clubs/pubs/bars in my area that have a constant stream of trouble and fights that the police either arent watching or take sweet time to get to when something starts, and this is in a town center, at bars where hip hop isnt even really played. Instead of Hip Hop is RnB and "house" music
does the US have anything like this in place and is hip hop being peanilsed because of its "history" and "gun crime messages"
