i used to date an up and coming opera singer...thats how i got into the genre itself..not all to familiar with actual popular artists though :-?

yeah i like classical gracie face!
we're listening to midsummer night's dream by mendelssohn in music class.. SO DOPE! haha and we listened to different classical ish by mozart and stuff, and something from the iliad.. i can't remember the name
and we did this hell church-ish one. 'and the glory of god' and other stuff. we had to study 'em and do assessments on 'em, blah blah blah

but i like hayley westenra from NZ- she sang for the queen!
haha have you heard of amici forever? hmm.. they're ALRIGHT.
some opera group.. but yeah, they're otay i guess.
this black opera singer as well, barbara something.. damn i wish i could remember! but she's so beautiful, got such lovely tone and range..

Yea, sometimes Ill just zone out to the strings. Its probably one of my top 4 favorite music genres, maybe even 3rd behind hiphop and reggae.
