im wondering about romney though, he's got the same questions about his "conservatism" coming from massachusetts,

That is something that might kill his campaign, particularly since it's common knowledge that he changed his position on issues like abortion and gay marriage, but I still think that, compared to McCain and Guliani, he has fewer obstacles to overcome.

Huckabee might surprise everyone and come out of nowhere to win the nomination. He already took 2nd in the Iowa straw poll, and he is in the peculiar position of being both a socially conservative Christian and a quasi-progressive on environmental and economic issues. If he can gain some momentum, he may be able to pull enough votes from both sides to win a few primaries.

This is the first I heard about this, but, you're right, this is the kind of scandal that could derail his campaign and make him look just a little too much like the current Commander in Chief to make voters who see him as adifferent kind of candidate nervous.

Are you that dude on YouTube who keeps spamming for his campaign?

Barack Obama, man. Any guy who has a Ph.D and is a lawyer, but turns them down for LESS money, is a cool person to me.

My first choice after watching the YouTube debate was Mr. Edwards, good thing I watch the news, he is off my list. Mrs. Clinton is still on my list, I've BEEN waiting for her to run, so just as I got happy I find out Mr. Obama is running. With greater knowledge, I've learned to support my current government, thank God we have choices in America, even when I'm not always in agreement. So I'm back to Clinton and Obama, now Obama did not impress me with his debate. He said yes to too many topics and never gave a strong personal position, president material. His wife is the same way, but my stand is never trust a person who doesn't smoke, and she snitched on her husband. A woman and a Black man, running at the same time... guess there had to be a catch...

Ron Paul is far from the worst candidate. After watching the Youtube debate they just had tonight, he's really the only one who left any lasting impression on me. Romney couldn't give a straight answer on anything. Giuliani didn't assert himself enough, which just made him look out of his league. Fred Thompson looked and sounded lost most of the time. McCain was alright, but came off as a bitter old man. Finally, Huckabee is only getting mentioned here because he said they should blast Hilary to Mars. All in all, the GOP is pretty underwhelming.

Meanwhile all the Dems are playing Mr. Me Too on every issue, so it's all up in the air for my vote.

Ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha....

He writes for American Free Press...Therefore, he'll never, ever receive a vote from me. http://www.americanfreepress.net Anti-Israel, Anti-Zionist, Anti-Jew and Anti Gay website if you do enough research on their site.

Not to mention expressing grand ideas like abolishing the FBI and the IRS and taking our military out of EVERY country we're in, and he really believes that pollution is not man made. Yeah, good call. Let's make him one of the most powerful men in the world.

sometimes you need some radical thinking..

The US is in a downward spiral, and from an economic standpoint, he is at least bringing forth some interesting ideas. Everyone else is more of the same. The same thing that's been said for years and years. Going the same route brings the same outcome. I'm not saying I'd vote for Ron Paul, but I give him props for taking a stand and not just saying what people want to hear. You can't paint him as a villain for that. I don't agree with him wanting to isolate our country, but we don't have to police the world to the extent we are now.
