Just read up on it. $499 for the 20 GB system and $599 for the 60GB. I think it's the same price in Euros, don't know about anything else. So with a couple games, a controller, and whatever else you need..you lookin' at around 900 bucks. Damn yo, I dunno. Set to be released November 11th or 17th, somewhere around there. I might get one and just sell it on ebay. I bet you could get 2000 for it easily.

thats fucking insanse....when xbox360 came out shit was already sold out cos muthafuckers were buying them shits in bulk for bout 300 per console and selling it for bout a grand on ebay.
the day i spend that much on a fucking game console is the day i bend over for bitch to finger my ass.

that's funny...

From what I was told, Sony was only going to release one million systems a moth over the globe, so if you can get you hands on it...you could sell it for $3,000.

I was pretty sure that Sony was going to do what they did with PS2; that is, sell the concole at a loss, and make up for it with software revenue.

so im guessin one of 3 things happened:

1. they got scared that xbox360 would slash prices to kill the PS3, so decided that announcing a high price would mean xbox wouldnt bother cutting prices

2. sony fucked up and their production is inefficient/theres been a lot of problems geting the system right

3. this is gonna stomp all over your ass and be the best console ever and will be totally worth $900.
