im down to battle

To battle you must call out someone, or be called out, basically ask for a battle. This is done in the "Battle Callout Forum". Once someone accepts, you then post in the "Lyricist's Battle Corner". You post your name VS the other name ie: boner VS Durable, as the subject. Then, as soon as possible, you each respond to your own subject with verses. Once two opposing verses are posted you will recieve votes.Votes come from other members of this site. Usually the first to 5 is the winner. Many other rules are usually implemented, though not necessary. Any questions?

Tell dese wannabee "Internet" emcees to battle one or two at a time not 4, 5, 6 people at a time and not be callin out everbody and they momma.....

I see this a lot and it gets on my nerves. If you initiate a call out, then you drop your verse first.

If you're hungry enough to call someone out or to leave an open call out, don't be that guy who tries to get the dropping second advantage too. I personally don't believe that is much of an advantage from my point of view, I try to bring it regardless. But for some it makes a big difference. Don't just think you have to set that thread up, you need to drop first in it too.

Just had to get that off my chest.

Now with that said, don't act like a bitch and only answer someone else's call out.
