As a moderator of this forum, it is sad to come back after a couple years hiatus and see how dead it is.

This place used to be crackin, It was an important spot for me to develop my recording skills, and I want it to be the same for more.

So please, if you post on other forums, tell the people posting audios there to register here and get some feedback.
We're a tough crowd, but it's good for you.

I'd like to get this place to have at least 8 constantly active members so that we can run another tourney eventually.

i mean really, INGREDIENTS TO BEGIN RECORDING AND DEVELOP YOUR SKILL

1. MIC (doesn't matter what kind, i suggest a nice condenser (you can find them for under $100, and remember if you run a condensor you need phantom power, so either a preamp will do, or a mixer with built in phantom power0

2. HEADPHONES (please don't try and record with your speakers blasting ew)

3. RECORDING PROGRAM (i'd suggest finding a crack of something basic at first; acid pro, cakewalk, sonar)

if someone is serious about getting recording experience, this list is short and cheap.

now lets gather some new members, despite their skill and bring them in here to ressurect the audio forum of champions.

yeah, Im 17... your right. And I no longer live in Baltimore. I live in Myrtle Beach SC, I am working two jobs so the days I have off on one of the jobs, I go in to work at the other. Some days I work at both jobs, I just don't have the time. I have bills to pay and shit, and this battle isn't going to pay the bills so it is not at the top of my list. Thank you very much, Oh.. and I don't really do the whole.. "freestyle" thing. I just stick to my writtens, sometime soon you will see the verse in the audio forum. Until than, stop coming into my threads asking about when we're going to battle. It will come soon enough.

yeah i propose we post comments with links to diss verses to get them pissed off enought to come and drop some shit then encourage them to stay by not hatin on them n shyt' problem is noone here has audio capabilities but me wig and a few others who dont post here so how can we encourage them too come yo a site thats lacking in the life department?
