anything outta Detroit will do (eLZhi, Finale, Fat Ray, Black Milk) but that Fashawn album is dope too. I'm also listening a lot to the latest Brother Ali album

Been bumping the NYG'z album "Welcome 2 G-Dom" and the "MOP Foundation" joints as well

recently for me its been

Wiz Khalifa-Kush & Orange Juice (a smooth listen but gets a little repetitive with the constant weed references)
Erykah Badu-New Amerykah Part II
Blu-Johnson & Jonson
Cool Breeze-East Point's Greatest Hit
Lupe Fiasco-Enemy Of The State
Currensy-Smokee Robinson
occasional No Ceilings or Brrprint joints
Wale-Attention Deficit

hope that helps, boss

Right now I'm listening to Funcrusher Plus. I haven't listened to it in a while and it's like a breath of fresh air. Before I bought a cd copy, I had it on tape, and the print on it is almost entirely gone from being man-handled. I only have a few tapes I ever did that too so severely. I just couldn't get enough of hearing it.

I miss tapes by the way... ever try throwing a CD in your pocket? Shit, I'm starting to miss CD's too. Practically every album I buy nowadays comes from Itunes unless I really want the liner notes. Maybe thats part of the reason a lot of music sucks now. I rarely get excited about buying an album. I use to look forward to ripping off the shrink wrap and tacky as fuck security stickers.

Mostly D.I.T.C. or some Detroit cats...and of course Sean Price. Its sad, because I haven't really enjoyed anyone from Cali in awhile.

Really? I thought the beats were somewhat generic.

At the moment I'm bumping

Reflection Eternal : Revolutions Per Minute
Move.Meant : The Scope of Things To Come
Blu : Below The Heavens
Exile : Dirty Science
Statik Selektah : 100 Proof
Klashnekoff : Lionheart - Tussle With The Beast
Scarface : Made
ABN : It Is What It Is

some of the beats might be a bit generic, but then there are bangers like "Snow" to make you forget all about those
