Mel B's success in reaching the finals of a US reality show is reportedly affecting Spice Girls rehearsals for the group's forthcoming tour.
Scary Spice danced her way into the finals of Dancing With The Stars, the US version of Strictly Come Dancing, and the Sun reports while her bandmates are happy for her they are worried the show's demands may effect tour preparations.
The Spice Girls comeback tour is set to begin in Vancouver on December 2nd and the girls have been preparing for the event with rehearsals and public appearances.
A source close to the group told the Sun there were fears Mel B's dancing commitments, which tie her down until days before the tour, could hurt their much publicised return.
The unidentified tour member said: "The opening night is days away yet there hasn't been much time for rehearsals. A lot of Mel's time has been taken up with preparations for each Dancing With The Stars.
"The girls are really proud of her but at the same time they're worried that Mel will give her all to the dance show and be exhausted for the start of the tour."
The source told the paper fewer group rehearsals had taken place in order to accommodate the star.
Melanie B, who has received perfect scores for her performances in the past, is up against racing driver Helio Castroneves in the final episode of Dancing With The Stars - which will take place next week.
