Britney Spears has been banned from driving her children while she has visitation rights. The singer's ex-husband Kevin Federline requested that the driving ban be placed on Spears after she ran a red light at a dangerous intersection with their two sons in the car.

The whole incident was caught on tape and it shows Spears barely missing oncoming traffic. "Orders were made...I can't discuss the content of those orders," said Mark Vincent Kaplan, Federline's lawyer. "Documents have not been released by the court, and I don't know it they will be. The matter will be continued at a future date."

 

The couple's next custody hearing is set for November 26.
