Headline News anchor Nancy Grace was hospitalized on Sunday for complications from her pregnancy. The 48-year-old gave birth to twins on November 4. During her pregnancy she developed pulmonary edema and gave birth to her son and daughter two months premature.
Related Videos:A spokeswoman for Headline News said Grace experienced difficulty breathing while on her way to church Sunday and was taken to the hospital where doctors discovered blood clots in her lungs.
"This past Sunday, Nancy started experiencing discomfort, and was having trouble breathing, on her way to church. She was brought to the emergency room in Atlanta. Her doctors found two blood clots in her lungs, which occurred as a result of the pregnancy," said the spokeswoman Janine Iamunno. "She thanks everyone for their continued prayers and support."
Grace is expected to stay in the hospital for the rest of the week.
