*During a hearing Friday in the R. Kelly child pornography case, a Chicago judge ruled that prosecutors will not be allowed to have an expert testify that child victims of sexual abuse sometimes deny the abuse ever happened.

Kelly is accused of engaging in sex acts with a 14-year-old girl, footage of which was filmed for a video that leaked to the Internet. The alleged victim has always denied that she is the girl in the tape.

The doctor was to take the stand and say that underage victims of pornography often respond to the trauma by delaying a cry for help, reports the Chicago Sun-Times. However, Circuit Court Judge Vincent Gaughan said the alleged victim never has made a "delayed outcry" or any "outcry" in this case - and in fact has denied she was the child on the tape, the Times reported.

Gaughan also ruled Friday that prosecutors may allow another expert to testify that the girl in the videotape appears to be underage.

As previously reported, Gaughan also scheduled a Dec. 18 hearing on whether a medical doctor can testify that the vein pattern on Kelly's hands matches that of the man in the videotape.
