Cam'Ron will make his return to Hip-Hop November 7 with a new free double album called "Public Enemy #1."

The Dipset boss made the announcement last night (Oct. 24) via a Myspace video which can be seen here.

"Killa Season again, you little yentas," Cam said in an e-mail to MTV News, referencing his 2006 album. "November 7th. Cam'ron is anonymous. Dipset!"

Cam'Ron is currently a free agent and is shopping for a new record deal. He is nearing completion on his next official album.
