Wow, I've done more Freeway posts in the last few days than I've done since starting this site. Anywhoo, a gentlemen named Tim Hammill just reached out to me with an interesting quote from the bearded one.
Tim interviewed Free earlier today for a story he's writing for XPOZ Magazine and he asked him about the perceived shots he took at Kanye and Just on It's Over.
Here's what he said:
"It's not really a jab, that's how I feel. It's kind of like what he did with Jay on the "Big Brother" record. There is definitely no love lost. I loved working with Kanye and Just Blaze in the past. But this time around, on this album I tried to reach out to both of them but they were too busy for me."
As you can see, Free graduated from the Beanie Sigel School of Greasy Talk: Make sideways comment about lablemate, deny any real animosity, keep it moving.
