Hip-hop star Saigon has been charged with possession of an offensive weapon. The rapper - real name Brian Carenard - was caught carrying a knife in Manhattan, reports the New York Daily News.

Police say Carenard - who has appeared in TV show Entourage - was arrested at 1.25am on Wednesday
