One week after authorities arrested Murder Inc.'s bookkeeper on money laundering charges, federal agents took Ja Rule's manager, Ron "Gutta" Robinson, into custody yesterday on similar charges. Robinson posted $500,000 bail and was released. Investigators continue to look into an alleged connection between Irv Gotti's Murder Inc. and reputed drug dealers including Kenneth "Supreme" McGriff. In the indictment, authorities claim Robinson "knew and believed that some of the laundered funds were the proceeds of ... a controlled substance," according to Billboard.
