Dilated Peoples will play Guerilla Union's "Rock the Bells" concert on July 17, 2004. The concert takes place at the National Orange Show Pavilion in San Bernardino, California. The Wu-Tang Clan will also reunite and play the festival, in what will be the group's first performance together in 10 years.

Some of the acts on the lineup are RZA, GZA, Ol' Dirty Bastard, Method Man, Ghostface Killah, Raekwon, Inspectah Deck, Masta Killa, Cappadonna, U God, Redman and Supernatural with special guests Chali 2na and DJ Nu-Mark of Jurassic 5.

Guerilla Union's Chang Weisberg is the festival's founder and organizer. He said the event was inspired by a lack of quality hip-hop events and tours in the concert industry today. "Rock the Bells is a world-class hip-hop platform that celebrates diversity within the culture and I’m thrilled and honored to be a part of something like this," said Weisberg in a statement.

Tickets for Rock the Bells go on sale through Ticketmaster on Friday, June 18. $27 pre-sale (June 18 – 20), $32 on-sale (June 21 - July 16), $37 day of show (July 17), $75 VIP. For more information, check out http://www.guerillaunion.com/rtb
