Hip-hop star Ludacris has been honoured in his native Atlanta, Georgia, for his charity work.
The Stand Up rapper was given the key to the city of Atlanta on Monday June 7th,2004.
The city council wanted to thank the rap star for his work through the Ludacris Foundation, which has provided college scholarships and organised young children to volunteer in their communities.
The city also proclaimed June 7th, 2004, to be Ludacris Day.
