On Thursday, Long Beach rapper Knoc-turn'al appeared before a judge in Glendale, CA, facing possession of marijuana equaling over an ounce. Knoc had his charges reduced to a misdemeanor, received no jail time, but has been placed under one year probation.

Word is that Knoc-turn'al is working hard to promote his upcoming major debut, The Way I Am, which is due Feb 24. The album features guests Snoop Dogg, Xzibit, Nate Dogg and Lil' Mo. He's also lining up a tour with Westside Connection.

The lead single, "The Way I Am," is gaining video and radio airplay. There's also a remix floating around featuring Snoop Dogg.
