The Source won a court case that permits the publisher to include a CD containing raciest remarks made by Eminem. The duration of the song will be no longer than 20 seconds since the usage of snippets fall into fair use of copyrighted materials with the intent to criticize.

Last week Eminem won a court ruling preventing the publisher The Source from releasing the previously unreleased recordings produced by Eminem containing derogatory remarks towards African Americans.

Issues of the February issue of The Source will contain a copy of the CD, which is scheduled to hit newsstands in January.
