An Eminem T-Shirt initiated a deadly fight in Istanbul, Turkey's Kucukcekmece district on November 4th. Vendor Hayrettin Demir was hawking the attire, screaming Eminem, which 19-year-old Dilaver Akkurt interrupted it as an insult to his mother. Akkurt told Demire that his mother's name was Emine. "Eminem" means "my Emine" in Turkish. A fight involving knifes broke out between the two men and Demir died of multiple stab wounds.
