Released today from a state facility, Old Dirty Bastard (known now as Dirt McGirt) announced that he has signed to Roc-A-Fella Records. At a press conference today ODB said, I'm happy to be here. I thought I wasn't gonna be able to touch another microphone. I'm happy my eyes are still open." Mariah Carey also appeared to show her support of ODB.
