New York, NY - AFU-RA will release his sophomore album entitled, Life Force Radio, on May 21, 2002 on KOCH/ In The Paint. The follow up to his debut release, Body Of The Life Force, secures his authoritative presence within the Rap community.

AFU-RA is not your average MC. He is an intelligent man, a father, a devout reader, a dedicated Tae Kwon Do student and a Rastafarian.

Not only has AFU-RA made a significant musical deliverance that is guaranteed to secure his place in Rap history... he's also poised to quickly propel his career to the next level.

Life Force Radio features production by DJ Premier. In addition, the record features tracks by Easy Mo Bee, RZA as Bobby Digital and True Master, as well as appearances by M.O.P., Guru, Big Daddy Kane, and Teena Marie.

AFU-RA says, "The title track, 'Ip Hop' will definitely make you see that I transcend the ordinary, just like the title of the song. I have songs that express my spiritual side, my hardcore side, my sensitive side and my sexy side. There's something on the album for everyone, just like a radio station. That's why I chose to call my album Life Force Radio. Heads should be very impressed with my new project."

High Times magazine remains as strong and controversial as ever. But now, they have cultivated their first record label, High Times Records, a marijuana-friendly enterprise that plans on putting out a series of compilations, including top artists who don't mind being associated with the magazine's premise or well-known pastime. The first album, THC (The Hip-Hop Collection) Vol. 1 features a song from AFU-RA as well as Cypress Hill's B-Real, Wu-Tang Clan's RZA, Pharcyde and more.

AFU-RA's title track comes off his sophomore album, Radio Life Force. The album conveys AFU's spiritual vibe and personal enlightenment. You won't hear a whole lot about cars, money, and other materialistic items; just lyrical styles that aim for a higher plane.
