AZ is currently in the studio working on his fourth studio album on Motown Records hot off the heels of his last release, "9 Lives". AZ has already finished recording half of his new album according to MTV and has worked with DJ Premier, Bink, Nas and hopes to record a track with Jill Scott in the near future. The album titled "AZaddict" is currently scheduled for a June release on MoTown and with the big names already featured on it, AZ is hoping to hit the big time with this new album.
In related news, AZ confirmed that he is planning to work with Nas on a duet album by the end of this year. AZ says that he thinks the chemistry between Nas and himself is there and he is hoping that Nas will give it the okay to record the album. Barring any disputes from either record label, this one may actually happen. We can only hope.
