Erick Sermon is at his Long Island, New York home resting after hospitalization for injuries after falling from a third-story window. First news reports of the incident described it as a car accident. But spokespeople for his label J Records say that was miscommunication between them and the people who were with him. Someone from the Paterson Police Department said that police have found no criminal element connected to the case. Sermon is recuperating from a broken jaw and bones. His mouth is wired shut for two weeks because of broken jaw but he is expected to tell the actual story of what happened and go on the road in six to eight weeks to promote his new LP Music.
