Erick Sermon was recently involved in a car accident and is current in the Intensive Care Unit at a hospital in New Jersey. Sermon's car had collided with another vehicle on Tuesday night, which resulted in the producer/rapper breaking his jaw, one of his legs and head injuries. He is currently in a stable condition. Sermon had only just finished filming his new video for his forthcoming single, "I'm Hot" prior to the accident and was anticipating the release of his new solo album, "Music". With the injuries sustained, it's unlikely that Sermon will be able to promote the album as much as he'd like to, which may harm his sales. Having already missed out on sales for the popular single, "Music", he may also miss out on this new album. He also had other projects lined up, including the "How High" soundtrack, new EPMD album and Keith Murray's solo album.
