Dr. Dre is the latest urban music artist to pledge cash for the tragedy of September 11th in Manhattan. The Aftermath CEO has donated $1 Million to help both NY and Washington back on their feet. He is amongst a number of huge names that have donated cash recently, along with major record labels. More urban artists have promised to donate cash earned from their tours or music sales too. These include The RZA, Swizz Beatz, Maxwell and Tyrese.
