Lauryn Hill recently recorded a session for MTV Unplugged and debuted a few of her new tracks from her forthcoming sophomore album. Columbia Records have said that the new Lauryn Hill album, which is still currently untitled, will drop within the next six months.

It is believed that the reason why the Ol Dirty Bastard injured himself before his sentencing was due to his fear of being put away in prison. He believes that there is a conspriacy against him and that a lot of people will be out to get him during his sentence. He is also worried that people will not take him seriously whilst he's in there. For this reason, ODB's family, which includes 13 children, have put forward their concerns to the DA and have threatened to seek full retribution in a civil resolution, if anything does happen to him.
