Following the release of his instrumentals album, "Petestrumentals", if you thought Pete Rock was going to disappear again, you thought wrong. As we reported before, Pete Rock is working on the follow-up to "Soul Survivor", "Soul Survivor 2". He's already six cuts deep into the album, but don't expect to see the project surface any time soon. Pete Rock is also working on joints with his new group, the UN Squad and they have apparently done a heap of joints locked away in the vault for now. However, we can expect a UN Squad EP to drop very soon, so if you were feeling them on the "Petestrumentals" album, you might wanna check that out. Also, when asked when we will see a reunion with C.L Smooth, Pete didn't seem sure if it would happen or not.

Word is that Sporty Thievz member Marlon Brando was tragically killed after being hit by a drunk driver in a van. Marlon Brando, Real name Marlon Bryant was hit at approxmately 3am on Friday after a van jumped a red light and ran up against the kerb crushing Bryant. He was 22.
