Massive dead rapper Christopher Rios (Big Punisher) would be rolling in his giant grave were he aware of the New York City Council's decision not to name a street after him.
The committee voted against a proposal that would have named a Bronx intersection Big Pun Place. The committee cited Pun"s violent, sex and drugs obsessed lyrics as their reason to go against the wishes of the 7,000 fans who"d signed a petition requesting that the name of 163rd Street and Rogers Place be changed.
Big Pun was 28 eight years old and 700 pounds heavy when he died of a heart attack on February 7th 2000.
