Dilated Peoples are currently hard at work on their sophomore LP and it has been recently reported that they are working with DJ Premier on a track for the new track. The album, which has been titled "Expansion Team" will feature production from Evidence & Babu (of Dilated Peoples), The Alchemist, Da Beatminerz and Joey Chavez. Watch out for that album sometime next year.

M.O.P made a surprise entry in the national Top 40 over here in the UK, entering in at #4 with their new single "Cold As Ice". The new single was released last week and contains an unreleased B-Side titled "Stress Y'all". The album "Warriorz" was released in the US back in October and has still yet to reach Gold status. Hopefully, with this extra boost in the UK, this will help M.O.P push sales of the album outside the US. Congrats to Lil' Fame and Billy Danz.

When you thought it was all sorted out between the long-time rivals, Canibus has decided to release yet another diss track against LL Cool J. The track "I'm Bad" uses the beat used in LL's old track of the same name, using the same lyrics he used in the London Subterrania accappella in three of the four verses of this new track. Canibus is still currently shopping around for a record deal, we'll keep you informed on any further details on that.
