Sticky Fingaz's debut album Blacktrash:The Autobiography of Kirk Jones, will arrive in stores May 22. Dr. Dre produced and created the chorus for the song " Just Do It" which, also appears on the soundtrack to John Singleton's movie "Baby Boy" due out this summer. The rapper said the record was pushed back because it was bootlegged on the street and he wanted to do the song with Dre. Dr. Dre assured Sticky that the many delays put on his album are a sign that he has a good product. Sticky and Dre worked together on Snoop Dogg's No Limit Top Dogg and Eminem's Marshall Mathers LP. They became friends when Sticky moved to L.A. a few years ago. There are plans to make a film starring Omar Epps, Michael Rappaport, Fredro Starr and Treach to accompany the album. In addition to this film project, Sticky appears in the movies "Lift" and "Macarthur Park" this year. He will start a college tour this spring with Nelly, which had its' first stop April 17 at SUNY Geneseo in Geneseo, New York. Fredro Starr will also appear on tour with Sticky Fingaz. They are in the process of securing an album deal for Onyx's fourth album. The CD will be released through their Other Peoples Money label. OPM released Fredro's Firestarr album earlier this year and the imprint will release Blacktrash in conjunction with Universal Records.
