According to MTVNews movie producer Brian Glazer told "Access Hollywood" that he has cast Eminem in a semi-autobiographical film. Glazer said "It's a 'Purple Rain' kind of movie." The movie is loosely based on Eminem's life, growing up in Detroit. A publicist for the rapper confirmed that Eminem and Grazer have talked but could not confirm his commitment to the film. Em' told the BBC that he is considering an action flick co-starring DMX. At the same time, a New York toy company is making three dolls in Eminem's image. Art Asylum based in Brooklyn is perfecting three versions of the rapper; a chainsaw laden figure to depict his Slim Shady persona, and two more dolls to represent Marshall Mathers and Eminem. The dolls will be for sale in specialty shops and record stores starting July.
