Defense attorney Murray Richman predicts that his client Jamal "Shyne" Barrow will serve prison time for criminal possession of a weapon. Barrow admitted through Richman that he did fire a gun inside Club New York. "Anything with a gun now is a violent felony offense," said Richman to MTVNews. The weapons possession charge is the least severe of the charges against Barrow. His attorney is positive that the jury will acquit him of the more serious charges of attempted murder, assault and reckless endangerment. Richman said he would have preferred to work out a plea bargain for Barrow but was not able to make a deal with the prosecution. The jury sent out a note asking to see the bullets and fragments found at Club New York which include 9mm fragments fired by Barrow and .40 caliber bullets fired by an unknown gunman. In the meantime, Sean Puffy Combs is waiting for a jury to decide his fate.
