Busta Rhymes is working to bring his next solo album and a new Flipmode Squad CD to stores this year. MTVNews reports that Ryhmes said " We are definitely going to blaze the streets with some new heat." August 21 is the projected date of release for his album while Flipmode Squad's The Rulership Movement should arrive in the fall. The Flipmode Squad features Baby Sham, Rah Digga, Spliff Star, Rampage, Serious and Roc Marciano. They released their debut, The Imperial Album in 1998. Busta Rhymes is working on both projects in New York which will come out on former Arista Records chief Clive Davis's new label, J Records. He has not talked much about the new album but he did say there would be major guest stars. "I do have some real tricks up my sleeve," Busta Rhymes said. "I keep it consistent with the surprise collaborations. It's always an honor to see people come out and contribute to my masterpieces. ... I just want to make sure I keep it undisclosed, so when I do blast officially with the new Busta Rhymes solo LP, I'm smacking everybody in the forehead."Rhymes just finished filming " Narc"costarring Ray Liotta and Jason Patric.
