"Having recently been nominated for a GRAMMY AWARD for his collaboration with De La Soul on their single ""ooh,"" and being featured on Offspring's "Original Prankster/" hip-hop star and Newark N.J. native Redman is wrapping production on his fifth album scheduled for release April 17. Titled, Malpractice, the disc features collaborations with Method Man, D'Angelo, Keith Murray and Lady Luck."

Following a successful year and new album in "Restless", Xzibit is currently working on the famous "Golden State Project" LP, a collaboration with himself, Saafir and Ras Kass. Xzibit recently said that the album will be titled "The Coast Is Clear" and should drop at the end of the year on his label, Openbar.

In related news, Xzibit will be touring out here in the good old UK in February along with Outkast and Eminem.

As announced a week or so back, The Dilated Peoples are currently working on a new album. Just heard some further news on the as-yet-titled new album. Expect production from Ev & Babu, The Alchemist, Da Beatminerz and Joey Chavez on the new LP. "The Platform" is slowly approaching Gold status.
