DMX will serve a 15-day jail sentence after a New York judge refused to overturn his sentence on a traffic charge. Acting State Supreme Court Justice Joseph P. McCarthy rejected the rapper's appeal Thursday and DMX is expected to surrender in two weeks to begin serving his time. He was arrested on March 3 for speeding, failing to signal a lane change, driving with a suspended permit and possessing, marijuana. At the time the rapper was touring and missed a March 23rd court date on the charges and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He turned himself in was ordered a maximum 15-day jail sentence and $400 in fines after he pleaded guilty to driving without a license. He is nominated for two Grammys this year. He is recording music for his fourth album The Ear. A DVD will be released in March with a 30-minute video for "Angel" directed by Bill Duke, the making of And Then There Was X, and three more videos. His autobiography is in the making and he stars in "Exit Wound! s" with Steven Seagal due March 16th.
